In Rajasthan, there was heavy rainfall between the monsoon on Saturday. Fast water rained in many areas of Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Bharatpur and Jaipur. In the last 24 hours, Bhilwara received 100 mm, 86 mm in Bundi, 50 mm in Sawai Madhopur, 52 mm in Mandalgarh and 51 mm in Phoolia Kalan.
In Madhya Pradesh on Saturday, there was a rains in many districts including Bhopal, Narmadapuram, Sehore, Guna, Barwani, Dindori and Mauganj. Bhopal has been cloudy since morning. It is raining intermittently here. Two gates of Kolar and Kaliasot Dam have been opened. While a gate of Bhadbhada Dam has been opened.
This time the monsoon has rained in Himachal Pradesh. From 20 June to 20 September, 427 people have died in rain and its related incidents. Of these, 243 deaths were caused by landslides, flash floods, drowning and lightning, while 184 people died in road accidents.
At the same time, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert of rain in 21 states including Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Uttarakhand on Sunday. However, no orange or red alert has been issued in any state.
