This confession is of Sachin, the former chairman of Gursarai in Jhansi and the accused who killed former ADGC Bhan Prakash Sirwaria. He was having a rape case with a minor girl. Bhan Prakash was advocating Sachin in Jhansi court.
The accused was scheduled to be convicted on September 19 in this case. Angered by this, he entered the house and strangled him to death. His body was found in the house on 5 August. When the police arrived, the door of the house was closed from inside.
SSP BBGTS Murthy said- Initial investigation led to a normal death, but the postmortem was strangled. After this investigation was started. During interrogation of neighbors and acquaintances, it was found that Sachin had a fight with him two days ago. When he was questioned and questioned on Friday, he confessed the crime.

Bhan Prakash Sirwaria lived with family in Talpura in Nawabad police station area. He was the President of Gursarai Nagar Panchayat from 2000 to 2005. After this, he started practicing in Jhansi. A few years ago, he retired from the post of ADGC (Additional District Government Advocate).
Bhan Prakash has two children. Elder daughter Kavita is married, while son Mrityunjay is preparing for UPSC by staying in Aligarh. His wife Sushila had a blood clot in his mind two and a half years ago, since then she has been ill.
On the morning of August 5, Bhan Prakash returned home from the morning walk as usual. After some time his body was found inside the room. The hands and feet were tied to the rope. A case was filed on the complaint of son -in -law Jitendra Verma. Police reached the information and sent the body for postmortem.
The postmortem report came on 7 August. It was found that Bhan Prakash was strangled to death. After this, the police took out the mobile CDR of family members including tenants living there. He was questioned, but no clue was found.
After this, clues were collected from the locality. It was learned that Bhan Prakash and neighbor Sachin Verma had a fight two days before the incident. The police reached Sachin’s house, but he was absconding. On August 8, he was arrested in front of the veterinary hospital near the vegetable market. He confessed to the crime in strict interrogation.
Many lawyers also reached the spot after the murder of Bhan Prakash Sirwaria. The police also took information from them.

Accused Sachin Verma said- In 2021, I had an affair with a 17-year-old girl. I wanted to marry her, but her family members were not ready. After this I drove him away. But his sister filed a case against me.
The police recovered the teenager and sent me to jail, increasing the section of the rape. Being a neighbor, I advocated with light light. I came out of jail after bail. But after some time Bhan Prakash stopped taking interest in the lobbying. Because of this the warrants went out and I had to stay in jail again for 3 months.
After the murder of Bhan Prakash, the police conducted a forensic inquiry and questioned the neighbors.
Bike pledged instead of fees
Sachin told- Bhan Prakash used to work to pay money on interest. I also borrowed some money from them. Nowadays he also increased his fees. By now, he had a loan of 60 thousand rupees on me. After this, Bhan Prakash had mortgaged my Apache bike.
But when he went to court on the last date, it was found that September 19 is the date of judgment, I am going to be punished in the case on that day. Bhan Prakash took a fierce fee from me, but he advocated poorly. Fearing punishment, I got very angry.
I planned to kill him. The roof of my house is attached to the roof of light. On the morning of August 5, I reached the house of Bhan Prakash from the roof. There was no one other than his wife at home. The tenants were in their rooms.
When I reached his house, he was working next to living. I strangled him to death, then returned home from the way to the roof. Nobody suspected me before the main gate of his house was closed.
