Air Chief Marshal AP Singh said-I am proud that I am part of such Air Force today. Which is one of the world’s advance Air Force in technology and capacity. An Air Force that went ahead in every state of the country faced challenges. An air force whose air warrior is ready to die at one gesture of the country.
Our air heroes have created history every era. Defense of Kashmir in 1947. Strike from Akash in 1965, the creation of a new nation in 1971. Indeterminate courage in Kargil in 1999. The destruction of terrorists in Balakot in 2019. This year, in Operation Sindoor, victory over the enemy in just 4 days.
President congratulated
On Wednesday morning, President Draupadi Murmu congratulated the X in a post. He wrote- Heartfelt congratulations to all air warriors, ex-servicemen and their families on Air Force Day.
On the other hand, Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) General Anil Chauhan, Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal AP Singh, Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi and Naval Chief Admiral Dinesh Tripathi laid a wreath at the National War Memorial.
In view of security reasons and runways, flights from Hindon Airport are canceled from 2 days to Wednesday. Air Force Day is being celebrated in Ghaziabad after 3 years
