Indian Railways has introduced JPP-RCS train services by Indian Railways to connect small farmers of Kashmir Valley so that they can send their perishable products daily on the BDGM-DIDI-BDGM route.

According to the information, this service will start from Adarsh Nagar in Delhi on 13.09.2025 at 12.10 hrs and from Budgam on 15.09.2025 at 06.15 pm. Now the farmers of Jammu will be able to connect directly to Delhi with this train.
Vegetables will reach consumers on time
Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay, Chief Public Relations Officer of Northern Railway, said that from the beginning of this train, now all fruits and vegetables will be able to reach consumers on time.
This will be configured in the train
The JPP-RCS train Swagam Adarsh Nagar-BDGM train service will run with 8 VPS + 1 SLR and intermediate loading/unloading facility will be available at Bari Brahmin (BBMN). This service has been launched for registered JPP-RCs collectors.
Registration will be done on the portal
Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay said that whoever is interested in it can easily register his registration by logging on to the online portal www.fois.indianrail.gov.in. Any other information can also be contacted by the Commerce Department.
Will reach Delhi early in the morning
Himanshu further informed that a notification has been issued for an 8 -coated parcel van train. This train will leave Badgam at 6:15 am and will reach Adarsh Nagar in Delhi at 5:30 am the next day, so that the apple will reach the market early in the morning. Indian Railways has confirmed its readiness to provide additional parcel vans and increase the size of trains when demand increases. Principal Chief Commercial Manager, Northern Railway and Divisional Railway Manager, Jammu, including Railway officials, are in constant contact with state officials, horticultural departments and various fruit productive associations and traders to ensure smooth operations.
