Suspected ISIS terrorist Azhar Danish has been arrested from Ranchi on Wednesday. Delhi Police Special Cell, Jharkhand ATS and Ranchi Police have taken this action in Islamnagar area of Ranchi.

A case was registered against Azhar in Delhi. Based on this, Delhi Special Cell was searching for him. He is being questioned.
The team arrested Azhar from Tabark Lodge in Islamnagar. Several electronic equipment has also been seized from the lodge during the arrest.
Arrested Azhar Danish is originally from Petarwar in Bokaro district. After continuous monitoring and intelligence input, he finally succeeded in nabbing in Ranchi.
The team would take Azhar Danish from the lodge.
Raid in Palamu, one in custody
The team has also raided Palamu. Munna Chudihara, a resident of Muslim city of Japla, has been detained. Another person has been detained from there, which is being questioned.
Security agencies are trying to find out whether she is also connected to Azhar Danish’s network or not. Many important links are expected to be added to the inquiry.
Azhar Danish is currently being questioned in depth. The police and ATS are investigating how their activities were spread and how many people were in contact with it. Officials believe that interrogation can reveal many important information about SISI’s network and their plans.
