A video has surfaced of deliberately hitting the elderly who is going from Scooty in Jammu. It is seen in the video that a Thar rider is deliberately hitting the elderly twice.

The incident took place on the road going from Gandhinagar to Greenbelt Park at around 1:30 pm on Sunday afternoon. After the incident, passers -by rushed the injured to the hospital.

The police have registered an FIR under Section 281 (careless driving), 109 (attempt to murder) and 125 (a) (endangering human life) and seized the vehicle.

Police said that accused Manan Anand is still absconding. He is expected to move out of the city. Efforts are being made to trace it. The case has been registered and arrested by Thar owner and Manan’s father Rajinder Anand.

Know what is in the video The CCTV footage clearly shows that the scooty of an elderly man collided with the Thar near Alllora Textiles in Gandhi Nagar. This causes scooty riders to fall.

He gets up and looks at Thar, so the Thar driver reverse his car and deliberately hit the elderly again. This causes the elderly to fall far away.

After this, a young man descends from Thar and goes to the elderly and says something. When people around arguing with him, he sits in the Thar and escapes from the spot.
