Also, calls were also made on mobile. He was providing intelligence related to military activities to the four ISI agents. At the same time, more people were trying to connect more people with the main agent named Shahaji, which failed after his arrest.

A total of 15 witnesses were prepared by the Kaithal police on the presentation of the charge sheet. 16 documents were also added to them, which belonged to Devendra.

Initial investigation revealed that he had sent information and photo of Patiala Cantt area to ISI agents so far. He then deleted the data from mobile.
The accused is a student of MA First Year Political Science. He was living on rent in Patiala itself. He is a middle class family boy. She has parents and younger sister. Sister is studying 12th. Father is a farmer.
