On finding out the case, the family complained to the police administration and school. In view of the seriousness of the case, counseling was conducted in front of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) of the girl students. At the same time, the police have registered a case under Poxo, SC/ST Act against the accused Headmaster and arrested him.
The disclosure came when the girls told the whole thing in front of the CWC team during counseling. As soon as the matter came to light, the police took the head master into custody and registered a case under the Poxo Act and SC/ST Act and started investigation.

Where a girl from a government school went to keep her tiffin during half a holiday in class. Then the head master molested her. - On August 20, the student told home: On August 20, the student gave full information to her mother. The girl’s mother reached the school on the same day and quarreled with the headmaster. The family then lodged a complaint with the Assandh Mahila police station. After this, the police registered a case against the accused.
- Counseling came out and students: After receiving the complaint, counseling was done in front of the student’s CWC. Where the girl told that this tampering is happening not only with her, but also with more students. After this, 14 more girls came out. Whose counseling also led to the incident of tampering of 10 girl students.

- Have done wrong actions before: Giving information about the case, DSP Gorakhpal Rana said that the name of the accused Head Master is Dayanand and he is a resident of Aleva village of Jind. When he came to this school for the first time, he did a similar act. At that time the case was dealt with with the agreement.
- Doing actions since wife’s death: The DSP said that the cancer -affected wife of the accused has died. Since the death of his wife, he kept doing such actions again and again, but the girls kept silent due to fear. Now after receiving the complaint, a case has been registered against the accused.
- Case will run in fast track court: The DSP said that the matter is now being taken seriously. The SC Act has also been imposed against the accused head master along with the Poxo Act. The case will be run in the fast track court, so that the girls can get justice soon.
