After this encounter in Biranthub, joint teams of Jammu and Kashmir Police, Army and CRPF are conducting search operations here. After the search that continued throughout the night on Tuesday, the search operation is continuing on Wednesday morning also. There is news of 4 terrorists hiding here.

Security forces are checking vehicles passing through Rajouri-Kotranka-Budhale road. At the same time, since this morning the State Investigation Agency (SIA) is conducting raids in Srinagar, Ganderbal, Vadgam, Anantnag, Pulwama, Shopian, Kulgam, Baramulla, Kupwara, Bandipora and Ganderbal regarding the terror funding case.
