Terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu of the pro -Khalistani organization ‘Sikh for Justice’ has flared up on the alleged encounter of his partner Jashnpreet Singh. Pannu released a video claiming not to travel in trains going to Delhi on August 15.

In the video, he directly targeted Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and said that Maan Sarkar has fired “first bullet” against Khalistan supporters and “bullet will be replied with a bullet”.
Pannu also announced a reward to the person giving information about the foreign tour of CM Mann. He described Jashnpreet as an activist of the Khalistan referendum and termed the encounter as “fake” and “state -sponsored terror”, alleging that the incident happened on the orders of Chief Minister Mann and it would be avenged.
