Currently no tourist is trapped in Lahaul. Flood affected power, telecom and water supply services have been completely restored. DC Leh has been coordinated for fuel supply. Under this, 10,000 liters of petrol and 10,000 liters of diesel have been supplied. Some fuel tankers have stopped on the route. They will reach their destination in the next 24-48 hours.
Working to evacuate trapped trucks- DC DC Kiran Bhadana said that the administration is working to evacuate trucks trapped on the roads. This work will be completed in the next two-three days. Food, drinking water, dry ration and blankets are being given to the affected people. Adequate arrangements have been made in relief camps.
The administration is committed to protect the crops of farmers from floods. DC Kiran Bhadana has appealed to the people to maintain peace. He has asked not to pay attention to rumors and believe only official information.
