At the same time, the Municipal Corporation says that consultation was not taken from him while making a detailed project report. This house has not yet been declared encroachment, so it is not possible to break it immediately.

After reading the report, the court made strict remarks and said- When the contractor has worked as per the instructions of PWD, then why was action taken? The contractors should not get a punishment, but a medal.
