Manish Saini was born on 3 May 1985 into an ordinary family. They have four sisters 2 are bigger than these 2 are smaller than these. His father Sugan Chand Saini who has been the chairman of the municipality Atteli and three times a city councilor. His mother Shakuntala Devi is a duodenum.
His parents say that their childhood is spent in Atteli. During that time, studied at Adarsh Vidya Mandir till tenth and after tenth, Saraswati Vidya Mandir studied 12th in Narnaul. During these days, he was his childhood hobby at the time of Ramlila staging Dussehra with his childhood friends.
When he did not drink milk in childhood, his mother Shakuntala used to show him 1 rupee and say that he would not get money or not. Manish was a father to get money and used to save by putting it in the piggy bank. He had a habit of saving money since childhood.
For the first time Gujarati film collapsed
Manish Saini completed his education from the National Institute of Design Ahmedabad. After which he produced his first Gujarati film collapse. In the year 2018, the film received the Best Gujarati film award.

Manish Saini has made 4 feature films and 1 short film so far. He took a course in the National Institute of Design Ahmedabad Film and Video Communication, after which he started writing the story of the film and the first story was collapsed and the film was ready in 2017 and received the first National Award in 2018.
