In the case of burning a 15-year-old girl alive in Odisha, Deputy Chief Minister KV Singh Dev said on Sunday- Opposition parties should not do politics in this matter. Biju Janata Dal (BJD) alleges that the BJP government of the state is protecting criminals. Police earlier reported that 3 people were involved in the incident. When the girl died, now it is saying that no one was involved in it. The only girl was responsible for the incident.

On July 19, a 15 -year -old girl was burnt alive by some people in Baibar village of Odisha. He died during treatment at Delhi AIIMS Hospital on Sunday. The girl was first admitted to Bhubaneswar and then Delhi AIIMS in critical condition.

Police had said- no evidence of anyone involved in the incident was found After the death of the minor, the Odisha police had said that no evidence of the involvement of any other person has been found in the investigation so far. However, in the girl’s mother FIR, three unidentified people were accused of burning the daughter.

Police had said that they investigated the case with full honesty and it is in the final stages. Scientific team, dog squad and senior officers inspected the scene. A special investigation team (SIT) has also been formed.

July 22: Supreme Court said- We are embarrassed

Earlier on July 22, the Supreme Court said, “We are embarrassed.” A bench of Justice Suryakant and Justice Joymalya Bagchi said on Monday that school girls, domestic women and children from rural areas should get a safe environment.

The court has sought concrete suggestions from the Center and all sides. The court described the incident as unfortunate and expressed serious concern over women safety.

Three people set fire to Saheli’s house

The incident took place in Baibar village in Puri district when the victim girl was going to her friend’s house. Three people stopped him on the way and put petrol and set him on fire. Why the student set fire, no reason has been revealed yet.
