Certificates will be issued to the winning players of the State Games organized by Haryana Olympic Association (HOA). Through the certificate, players will be able to get gradation certificate from the sports department. According to the Sports Policy 2018 of Haryana Government, this gradation certificate will be valid for Group-D jobs.
The State Games will start in Gurugram on November 2. It will be inaugurated by CM Nayab Saini, during which Olympic Association President PT Usha will also be present. Haryana Olympic Association President Captain Jaswinder Meenu Bainiwal said that the games included in the sports policy of Haryana 2018 have been included in it.

8 best teams will take each game Part
8 teams from Haryana will participate in the team competitions. One team from the host district will be allowed to participate. Teams of Haryana Police and HSIIDC, Haryana Power, Sports University Rai, Shah Satnam Singh Sports Academy can also participate.
In special circumstances, HOA can also send its own team. 8 high ranking players will be able to participate in singles competitions. The players will be selected on the basis of past state level competitions and Khel Mahakumbh organized by the Sports Department.
