These flats used monolithic concrete and aluminum shuttering, making the building strong and completed work on time. This complex is disabled-witted, so that all people can easily use it.

On the inauguration, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Union Housing and Urban Affairs and Electricity Minister Manohar Lal, Union Parliamentary Affairs and Minority Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju, Housing Committee (Lok Sabha) Chairman Dr. Mahesh Sharma and Members of Parliament and other dignitaries will be present on the occasion.

The first selected MPs are usually given type-V bungalows. At the same time, if an MP comes more than one time, then he can also be allotted a bungalow with type-VII and Type-VII. The same type-VIII bungalow is also allocated to cabinet ministers, Supreme Court judges, former President, former Vice President, former Prime Minister and Chairman of Finance Commission.

The biggest and best is type-viii bungalow

Actually, Type-VIII bungalows are considered to be the best category. This bungalow is spread over an area of about three acres. Its main building consists of five bedrooms. Apart from this, there is also a hall, a dining room and a study room. There is also a room and a servant quarter for the guest. All such bungalows are built on Janpath, Tyagaraj Marg, Akbar Road, Krishna Menon Marg, Safdarjung Road, Motilal Nehru Marg and Tughlaq Road.
