The National Maritime Heritage Complex (NMHC) is being constructed in Lothal, which is a witness to the history of this historic Indus Valley Civilization.

The heritage museum in Lothal is being built in such a way that the common man of India can also understand his history easily. This heritage complex will be a tourist destination for the people as well as the center of study. Thousands of local people here will also get employment with the preparation of this tourist spot.
