Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming on a day -long visit to Gujarat on Saturday. He will reach Bhavnagar at around 10 am. Jawahar will reach the Ground by doing road show from the airport. Here he will address a huge public meeting.
The PM will also inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of development works worth crores of rupees in Saurashtra and Gujarat besides Bhavnagar. These schemes are associated with Ports, Ministry of Shipping and Waterways, Gujarat Maritime Board and Maritime Board of other states. After this, he will go to inspect the National Marine Heritage Complex ((NMHC) in Lothal, Ahmedabad.

At one time, Lothal of Ahmedabad district was a major trade center of the Indus Valley Civilization. About 5000 years ago, Lothal was not only a port, but the ships were also repaired here. The National Maritime Heritage Complex (NMHC) is being constructed in Lothal, which is a witness to the history of this historic Indus Valley Civilization.
The heritage museum in Lothal is being built in such a way that the common man of India can also understand his history easily. This heritage complex will be a tourist destination for the people as well as the center of study. Thousands of local people here will also get employment with the preparation of this tourist spot.
