Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura today. During this time he will start new projects worth Rs 5,100 crore. It includes two hydro projects from Itanagar. The Prime Minister himself posted on X and informed about this.

After this, PM Modi will go to the 524 -year -old Mata Tripura Sundari Temple in Tripura. Here they will inaugurate the Re-Development Campus. This temple is one of the 51 Shaktipeeths of the country and is considered a symbol of the cultural heritage of Tripura.

PM Modi will worship at Tripura Sundari Temple

The new entrance and a three -storey complex have now been built in the Mata Tripura temple complex. Its re-development has been done under the Prasad Yojana, which has spent more than Rs 52 crore. The state government gave 7 crore rupees in this. The special thing is that the temple will be inaugurated on the first day of Navratri. The Prime Minister will offer prayers here.

This temple is historically very special. It was built by Maharaja Blessed Manikya in 1501 and the state was named Tripura after this. This is the third major Shaktipeeth in Eastern India after Kalighat in Kolkata and Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati.

PM Modi will lay the foundation stone of two big hydro projects worth more than Rs 3,700 crore in Itanagar. Both these projects will be built in the Siom sub-basin region of Arunachal Pradesh. These projects include Heo Hydro Electric Project (240 MW) and Tato-I Hydro Electric Project (186 MW).

Convention center to be built at a height of 9,820 feet in Tawang

Prime Minister Modi will lay the foundation stone of the new convention center in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh. It will be at an altitude of 9,820 feet and 1,500 people will be able to sit together. There will be big conferences, cultural programs and exhibitions.

Apart from this, the Prime Minister will also start many projects worth more than Rs 1,290 crore. These include schemes like road and health work, fire safety facilities and hostels for working women.

Redevelopment under Prasad Yojana

Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha said that preparations and arrangements for the Prime Minister’s visit have been completed. The CM said that he had invited Prime Minister Modi to inaugurate the rebel Tripura Sundari Temple and its surroundings.

The 524 -year -old Tripura Sundari Temple has been redeveloped at a cost of more than Rs 52 crore under Prasad (pilgrimage revival and spiritual heritage promotion campaign) scheme. The Tripura government has also contributed Rs 7 crore to the project.

PM will also do 12 km long road show

According to Inspector General of Police EPR Manchak, extensive security arrangements have been made in the temple complex and Udaipur city of Gomti district. A 12 -km road show from OTPC Palatana to the temple will also be organized, for which complete security arrangements have been made. Along with the Tripura police, CRPF and BSF personnel have also been deployed.

PM went to Manipur 9 days ago

Earlier, the Prime Minister visited Manipur on 14 September. Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Churachandpur and Imphal. He laid and inaugurated development projects worth more than ₹ 1,200 crore in Churachandpur and in Imphal. This was PM Modi’s first visit to Manipur after violence erupted in May 2023.
