He said in the notice, “The allegations being made by Prashant Kishore are misleading and the result of his nervousness and fizzle.” Earlier, Prashant Kishore had filed a defamation case, after which he was called by the court on 17 September for appearance.
The minister said, Prashant Kishore got scared after calling the court and started making a press conference in the same panic and started making false allegations. He said that the so -called 200 crore assets that Prashant Kishore has cited is a sheer lie.

Bought 200 crore land from Shambhavi’s engagement to marriage
PK had alleged that, ‘After the engagement of Shambhavi Chaudhary, father -in -law Late. About 200 crores of land was purchased from Manav Vaibhav Vikas Trust associated with Kishore Kunal.
From engagement to marriage, 5 lands worth 38.44 crore were purchased in just 2 years. Many impressive names associated with the trust, such as Anita (wife of Kishore Kunal), former bureaucrat Jialal Arya and mother of Chief Secretary Pratyas Amrit, were involved in this transaction. ‘
Prashant Kishore had raised the question- ‘Why did the money come from the accounts of people associated with this trust in Ashok Chaudhary and his wife’s account.’
Prashant Kishore had made a serious charge against the minister in a press conference in Patna.
What did Prashant Kishore say to Ashok Chaudhary?
Actually, Prashant Kishore described Ashok Chaudhary as the corrupt leader of Bihar. Land was accused of buying and selling and large-scale disturbances in benami property matters.
He claimed that in 2019, 23 katha land was purchased in Bikram, Patna, in the name of Chaudhary’s Personal Secretary Yogendra Dutt. After this, in 2021, this land was given to Chaudhary’s daughter MP Shambhavi Chaudhary for just Rs 34 lakh, while a large part of the actual payment was settled in a suspicious manner.
PK alleged that after the income tax notice came, on 27 April 2025, he transferred Rs 25 lakh to hide this transaction.
