A big case of fake raid of real policemen has been exposed in Ludhiana, Punjab. ASI, Head Constable and a leader, along with 4 of his colleagues, made fake raids in Noida’s call center.

Among them, private person became DIG. ASI himself made SP and Head Constable DSP. Then brought 3 businessmen from Gujarat and Ahmedabad to Punjab. Here they kept them locked in the dhaba. Asked 10 crore rupees in the name of settlement again. When their demand was not met, they reached the police station to register a case.
However, the businessman caught wrongly there exposed the entire story of the accused. Among these accused, one of Ludhiana is being said to be close to MLA. However, the MLA says that he used to come and go to his office. Apart from this, I have no relation with him.

Head constable asked to hold a big cyber fraud Narpinder Pal Singh, Sub Inspector of Cybercrime Police Station Khanna, said that Head Constable Balwinder Singh knows me a little as the department. He had said several times earlier that he would give me information about a big cyber fraud red. He told that a call center runs in Delhi which cheats people in various cities of Punjab. Here I saw that ASI Kuldeep Singh, Balwinder Singh, another policemen along with 3 private person Karandeep Singh son Sukhwinder Singh, resident New Janata Nagar, Gagandeep Singh alias Gagan alias Apple, son Manjeet Singh, resident Jujhar Nagar, New Shimlapuri, Ludhiana and Money were present in the police station’s kitchen. 3 more people were accompanied by Tarun Aggarwal son Pramod Agarwal resident A1, Mahadev apartment, in front of Mohanlal Gandhi Park, Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Harat Shah son Amish Kumar resident house number 203, Sharanam Antilia, C- Bhaloch New Money Nagar, Ahmedabad and Thorai Raj, son Pici Kanu, resident Tamil Nadu were present. According to SI, when asked about it, Head Constable Balwinder Singh said that these three people do cyber fraud. They were asked to take action. SI questioned all three.

4 people came, described themselves as SP-DSP: SI Narpinder Pal Singh further explained that he questioned Tarun Aggarwal. Tarun told-Me and my partner Harat Shah and Thaurai Raj were working at their office (A-35, Sector 136, Second Floor) in Noida at 10 pm on 15 September. Then four people came. In which Balwinder Singh described himself as SP. Gagandeep Singh alias Apple described himself as DSP. Karandeep Singh had a weapon in his hand, he described himself as the gunman of Balwinder Singh. Apart from this, another person was in khaki uniform, whose tattoo and height on the neck was about 6 feet.
Took a mobile by edging the staff, forcibly seated in vehicles, kept in dhaba: Tarun Aggarwal further said- these people took our staff aside, took our mobile phones and laptops. Except the rest of the staff, we took all three in the car. He told us that there is a complaint against us in Chandigarh Cyber. After this, Ludhiana came to us in 2 trains, black MG hectares and Kali Kari Sailtose. Till about 4 o’clock in the morning, Jimidara was kept in room number 114 of Dhaba.
Ask 10 crores in exchange for leaving, then fake digal came: Tarun further told – I was told that you will take money to release everyone. When my brother was called. On which Balwinder Singh said that 10 crore rupees will have to be paid. When we refused, a Kuldeep Singh, who was telling himself DIG, came and said that there will be a satisfaction in 5 crores. We said we do not have money, so it was threatened again and again.
WhatsApp calls from family members also ask for 2 crores: According to Tarun, then we were asked to get Rs 2 crore from the housemates through WhatsApp call. The housemates said that only 8-10 lakh arrangements can be made. Then they took us to Sahnewal police station. After 30 minutes, Balwinder Singh brought the file. In which he wrote our names on vacant paper and said that take the final satisfaction for 70 lakh rupees, otherwise action will be taken.
Forcibly transferred, slaps: Tarun further told – from here they again took us back to the dhaba, where it was kept till around 3 pm. When we said there is no money, we put us in the car with handcuffs. From my mobile phone, Karandeep Singh transferred 999 USDT (Rs 88,672) and 3650 USDT (Rs 3,23,979) to his own phone. Tarun said – When I did not give the pin of UPI, Karandeep slapped me, then I gave the pin. After this, he took a gift card of 1 lakh rupees from my account. At the same time, Balwinder Singh also took his iPhone, Poco phone and Apple watch. He then changed clothes on the way and brought us to Khanna police station.
ASI and Head Constable confessed the truth in strict interrogation SI Narpinder Pal Singh said that when Tarun’s statements were strictly questioned by Balwinder Singh and Karandeep Singh, Balwinder apologized and said that he made a mistake. Then SI asked him to call the rest, so he went out close to 02:05 AM and did not return.
Police bid – kidnapped without case, forcibly asked for money According to SI, these accused abducted Tarun Aggarwal, Herat Shah and Thaurai Raj without any case, complaint or FIR from Noida. Then he was forcibly demanded by bringing them to Punjab. Us dollars, gift cards, phones and watch were robbed from their accounts. According to SI, a case has been registered against HC Balwinder Singh, ASI Kuldeep Singh, Gagandeep Singh alias Gagan alias Apple, Karandeep Singh, Money, and an unknown person under Section 319, 140, 3 (5), 318 (4) of BNS.
Police district Khanna’s DSP (Detective) Mohit Singla, while confirming the filing of the case, said that only one accused Karandeep Singh has been arrested. The rest are absconding, they are being searched.
AAP MLA bid – nothing to do with the accused Ludhiana South MLA Rajindrapal Kaur Chhina said that I have no connection with Gagandeep Singh Apple. Like a common worker, it used to come and go.
