In fact, in Shikohpur village of Gurugram, a disputed land deal in the year 2008 is associated with the deal. According to the Enforcement Directorate, Robert Vadra bought 3.53 acres of land here for Rs 7.5 crore. Shortly after, this land was sold for Rs 58 crore.
These allegations of ED
The ED alleges that the deal took place through fake documents and personal influence, in which the terms of land acquisition and rules were violated. In this case, the ED has seized a total of 43 properties associated with Robert Vadra and his companies. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has accused 11 people in this money laundering case.
This charge sheet has been filed in the Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi. The hearing was to be held on Thursday, which was now postponed. Now the next hearing of this case will be held on July 24.
