Nishikant Dubey, MP
I was the party in -charge of the election, I was confident that the BJP would win the seat, because the Congress never won that seat. If the vote is really stolen then the Congress should thank the Election Commission, because the Congress won the Aland seat for the first time after independence.
Ravi Shankar Prasad, MP

Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi held a press conference on ‘Vote Theft’ on Thursday. Earlier, he spoke to the media on 7 August. Rahul made allegations of vote theft in a 31 -minute presentation and claimed to have shown evidence.
He had said that the Election Commission is deliberately targeting the votes of the Congress and deleting their names. This time Rahul also brought with him such voters of Karnataka, whose names were deleted from the voters list.
He alleged that India’s Chief Election Commissioner Dnyanesh Kumar is protecting those who have ruined Indian democracy. He again said that this is happening in Maharashtra, Haryana and UP.
The Election Commission described Rahul’s allegations as wrong and baseless. It was said that no common citizen can delete anyone’s vote online. The person concerned is given a chance to speak before deleting someone’s vote.
Rahul made 4 big allegations …
Rahul’s claim- There was an attempt to delete 6018 voters in Aland, Karnataka

Rahul gave the example of ‘Aland assembly constituency of Karnataka’. He said that in the 2023 election, someone tried to delete 6,018 votes. Its number can also be high. We do not know how many votes were deleted. While deleting them, the matter accidentally caught up.
He said- It happened that a booth-level officer there saw that his uncle’s vote had been deleted. When he investigated, the neighbor deleted the vote. The BLO spoke to him. When he asked his neighbor, he said that I did not delete any vote. That is, neither the person who deleted the vote nor whose vote was deleted- both knew anything about it. In fact, some other strength deleted these votes by hijacking the system.
Accused of removing 12 people’s name using Godabai’s login

The video of 63 -year -old Godabai was shown during the press conference. In this, he said- My vote was deleted. I have no idea about this. Fake login was made in the name of Godabai. The names of 12 voters were deleted.
Mobile numbers used to remove voters

Rahul claimed that mobile number was being operated in other states to remove the voters whose names were deleted in Aland. Rahul also told his numbers in the presentation. There are also 12 neighbors of Godwai, which were deleted from these mobile numbers.
Karnataka CID sent reminder letters 18 times to Election Commission

Rahul Gandhi accused Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar of helping votes thieves. He said- Dnyanesh Kumar ji is protecting votes. There is clear evidence of this. There is no confusion in it.
Rahul said- Why am I making so much allegations against Dnyanesh Kumar. The investigation of the case is going on in Karnataka. Karnataka CID sent 18 letters to the Election Commission in 18 months. Some very simple facts have been sought.
First- Give us the destination IP from which these forms were filled. Second- Give us the device destination ports from which these applications were filed. third- The most important, give OTP trails, as OTP has to be taken to file the application.
Karnataka CID sought information from the Election Commission 18 times, but ECI did not give. Why this is being done, because this will let us know from where this operation is going on. We are completely sure that it will take us to the same place.
The first voter of the booth was deleted via software

Rahul said that the names were deleted from the voter list in a centralized manner. Software was used for this. Giving examples said- Look at these serial number, serial number one is everywhere. This means that this is the first voter of the booth. The software is selecting and deleting the first number voter of the booth. The software program is saying to remove the serial number 1 and delete it on its behalf.
