The High Court order is awaited for detailed orders in this case. Yuga’s father Vinod Gupta said, he did not get justice. He is not satisfied with the court’s decision. He said that, the High Court’s decision will be challenged in the Supreme Court. He said- A decision was taken from the sessions court, it took 6 years in the High Court.
At the same time, a special bench of Judge Vivek Singh Thakur and Judge Rakesh Canthla had reserved its decision after the last hearing. The case was sent by Sessions Judge Shimla to the High Court as a reference for confirmation of the order of sentence.

Sessions judge sentenced to death in 2018
Let me tell you that on 5 September 2018, the court of Sessions Judge Shimla sentenced these three convicts to death. The court of Judge Virendra Singh had described this crime in the scope of the rare to rare.
Subsequently, the three accused had filed an appeal in the High Court against the blame. In this, the Advocate on behalf of the appellants had demanded the court not to give death penalty in view of the behavior, age and family conditions of the culprits.
Rusty murder of 4 -year era for ransom
Let me tell you that on June 14, 2014, three people kidnapped the 4 -year -old child Yuga for ransom from Ram Bazaar in Shimla. In August 2016, 2 years after the kidnapping, the era skeleton was recovered from the drinking water tank of Bharadi. The accused tied stones to the innocent’s body and threw it into a tank filled with alive water.
A ransom of 3 and a half crores sought from Yuga’s father
The innocent era was kidnapped by a person living in his own neighborhood. It consisted of three people. The three had demanded a ransom of three and a half crore rupees from the father of Yuga.

The court had given the decision within 10 and a half months
The CID, who investigated the era’s kidnapping and murder case, filed a charge sheet in the court on 25 October 2016. The trial started in court from 20 February 2017. In this, 105 out of a total of 135 witnesses were made and the court sentenced him in 10 and a half months.
In this case, there were demonstrations during that time demanding justice to the innocent era in Shimla and the entire state. Candle lights were extracted from place to place.
