In Tinsukia city of Assam, the municipality took action due to garbage on the grocery shopkeeper on the road, whose video has gone viral on social media. The incident is reported to be around 9:30 pm on Monday night.
According to media reports, the municipal board personnel were patrolling at night when they saw a boy dumping garbage on the road.
On questioning, he described himself as an employee of a shop. He told that the garbage belongs to his shop. At that time the employees did not take any action.
The next morning, the employees put all the garbage in front of his shop with the help of bulldozers.
