Here, in Utraula, SDM Rajendra Bahadur said- Even today, 9 bulldozers will break the illegal part of Kothi. Earlier, on Tuesday evening, 20 rooms of Kothi and 40 feet long hall were demolished.
The Kothi, built at a cost of about 3 crores in 3 bighas, has more than 70 rooms and halls. The administration has described the 40 -room part as illegal. ATS claims- Chhangur Baba used to run a network of conversion from here. However, this kothi is named after his female friend Neetu alias Nasreen. It was Baba who converted Neetu to the name Nasreen.
On July 5, Saturday, ATS arrested Chhangur Baba of Rs 50,000 from Lucknow along with Neetu alias Nasreen. In November 2024, ATS filed a case against both of them in Lucknow.
