First, the DGP retired and now an additional charge was given on the retirement of the Chief Secretary. The government is pressurizing the officers to get arbitrary work by paying additional charge. As long as the officials continue to run according to the government, their post will remain safe and if any wrong order refuses to obey, then the additional charge will also be taken away from it. Additional charge has been given with this intention. Earlier, the government of friends was extracting friend recruitment and now the additional charge has also become part of the same system.

Additional charge to Gupta after Saxena’s retirement

In Himachal, on September 30, Prabodh Saxena of former CS and 1990 batch retired from the post. When the Congress government came to power 2 years ago, CM Sukhu made Prabodh Saxena CS, ignoring three senior bureaucrats Ram Subhag Singh, Nisha Singh and Sanjay Gupta, while ignoring them.

Saxena retired on 31 March this year. But on the recommendation of the state government, the Center also gave him a six -month service extension, which was completed on 30 September. Now instead of putting a new CS, ACS Sanjay Gupta was given additional charge.
