20 days after the paper leak scandal of Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UKSSSC), CM Dhami has received the file report of the paper leak. After the paper leak, the state government had constituted a single-member inquiry commission to investigate the irregularities, which has given this report today.

The commission is headed by former Justice of Uttarakhand High Court U.C. The meditator did it. After receiving the report, the CM said that the Commission has conducted as many public hearings as possible in a short time and taken suggestions from students and concerned parties, which is commendable. He said that after examining the report, a decision will be taken in the interest of the students.

CM said that a CBI investigation into the case has been recommended, which will ensure complete impartiality of the case. The CM also assured that in future, purity, transparency and credibility will be maintained in all examinations so that students and their parents maintain faith in the examination system of the state. The government has submitted the complete report of the case to UKSSSC.

1. UKSSSC conducted graduate level examination on 21st September- UKSSSC started the exam for graduate level recruitment on 21st September at 11 am. The exam was to be held by 1 o’clock. But at 11:30 the paper got leaked, three pages of which were out on WhatsApp.
The accused, a person named Khalid Malik, had sent his papers to Assistant Professor Suman, in which Khalid’s sister Sabia was also involved. At present Khalid and his sister Sabia are in judicial custody.

2, Movement started across the state- After this the movement started across the state. For a long time, people of the unemployed organization sat on strike outside the Parade Ground in Dehradun. Then CM Pushkar Singh Dhami reached the protest site to meet the students after about 8 days and gave the culture of CBI investigation.
After this, the state government had written to the central government for a CBI investigation. The second demand of the students was that this examination should be canceled and its roster should be re-released.
3. Happiness after disappointment- Now the investigation of this case has been handed over to CBI. At present, there is happiness among the students who are protesting after the cancellation of this examination. CM Dhami has once again said that for me the youth of the state are first. Even if I have to sacrifice my life for them, I can do so.
