This high-speed train between Amritsar to Katra will complete the journey in just 5 hours 35 minutes, which will give thousands of devotees and passengers fast, comfortable and time saving options. The train number will be 26405/26406.
Vande A new route has been chosen for India. This train will reach Pathankot Cantt via Beas, Jalandhar City via Pathankot and from there, this train will reach Katra via Jammu Tawi.

Amritsar will leave at 4.25 pm
- Katra to Amritsar: It will leave at 6:40 am and reach Amritsar at 12:20 pm.
- Amritsar to Katra: Departing at 4:25 pm and will reach Katra at 10:00 pm.
This is the first Vande-India from Amritsar to Katra
Earlier, Vande Bharat Services has been started on the Delhi-Katra and Katra-Srinagar routes, which have proved to be quite popular among travelers. With the introduction of the new train, the journey from Amritsar and surrounding districts to visit Mata Vaishno Devi will be very easy and intensified.
Significantly, at present 144 Vande Bharat trains are running across the country. The project started for the first time between New Delhi to Varanasi in 2019, after which these trains were launched from time to time in different parts of the country.
