Staff Selection Commission ie SSC has banned analysis, disconnection or sharing of its exam papers on social media. The Commission has issued a notice in this regard saying that those who do so can be punished for up to 1 crore or imprisonment of up to 10 years.

The SSC notice wrote, ‘All content creators, social media platforms and teachers are warned not to share any SSC exam disconnection, analysis or decimation. On the violation of this, strict action will be taken under the PEA Act, 2024.

The Commission said that the disconnection and analysis of the SSC Exam SSC exam has been seen on many social media on social media. This dissolves the purity of the examination.

‘Self -studying children will be affected’

Teachers Prabhanjan Bhadoria, who prepared SSC exams in Delhi, said that this decision of the Commission is completely wrong. In the preparation of exam, children are first prepared for old papers. In such a situation, it will have the most impact on the children who do self -study.

He said, ‘90% of the pattern in the exam is like previous exam papers, 10% paper is new. In such a situation, it is very important to read the previous papers. The Commission should adopt any other ways to curb paper leaks. This decision will affect the preparation of children directly.

Provision of jail up to 10 years

All crimes under the provisions of the Public Examination (Prevention of unfair means) Act, 2024 will be cognizable, non-bailable and non-comfortable. If found guilty, persons will be imprisoned for 3 to 5 years and a fine of Rs 10 lakh.

Institutions will be fined up to Rs 1 crore, disqualified from future examinations and cost will be recovered. In the case of organized crime, 5 to 10 years in jail and a fine of up to 1 crore will be imposed.
